Due to the growing number of last minute cancellations and No Calls/No Shows. We request $20 deposit for lash service, $50 for permanent makeup & facial service.
We’re required ALL CLIENTS must confirm appointment with us at the time of booking whether it is through our website or phone. Your appointment is very important to UBella Lash & Beauty.
They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustment are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hours’ notice will result a charge recording to our 24 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy. No refund deposit money for lashes, facials and permanent makeup service of same day reschedule/cancel. 100% of No Calls/No Shows. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment on the Website/text/call us at (530)200-0004.
If your LASH EXTENSION is falling out on you in the next day or within 48 hours. Please contact us right away, we will schedule to have it FIX/REDONE/REPLACE for you without any additional cost!
In some rare case and due to the season/weather of the year. Your eyes may get allergy to the LASH GLUE. If it happened to you. Please use Saline Eye Wash Solution Please consult your physician if the allergy more then 10 days.
